By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. I regret ever going there. I’m not one to usually leave reviews but after this experience I felt I needed to warn others about Robbins chevorlet. I went in there with a trade in and a car in mind that I was wanting to get. I told the sales rep two separate times that I wanted to put no money down and I wanted a check for the equity I had in my trade in. We finally started talking numbers with the financial guy and 4 1/2 hours later I was signing stuff. I had my two young kids with me and it was almost 9:30 pm. I was ready to go and tired. Not paying a whole lot of attention as I’ve discussed what I wanted from the get go and made it clear about everything. A couple days go by and I try calling the finance department and don’t get an answer. I leave voicemail after voicemail and try calling throughout the day. No response. It’s almost impossible reaching anybody there except the front desk lady. Anyway finally get ahold of someone and turns out they used my equity in my trade in as a downpayment. I’m very upset at this point and they tell me they can re-do all the stuff and get my check but it will most likely change my interest rate that I originally agreed upon with the thought of I’m getting my check as well. So now my backs against the wall and I have no choice but to accept the higher interest rate since I’m not putting $9,000 down anymore. I also have to drive well over an hour to go there to sign everything. I’m waiting in the waiting area and I’m supposed to be next to go in and some other family comes in and they tell me “oh this will just take a little bit let me take care of them really quick” so I get skipped in line and had to sit there another 15 minutes. I wish me going in and signing everything was the end of it all but it’s not. I go in and they can’t even pull up my information and he’s locked out of the system at this time now because the people above him are gone and they’re in charge of it. So now I have to come back yet again. Anyways I do everything else went smooth. Finally got my car that I don’t even want at this point. I’m told I’d have my trade in equity check by the middle of July. It’s now August 5th and still no check. We once again tried reaching out to them several days in a row with no response. Finally get ahold of us and they tell us they haven’t gotten the title from my bank for my trade in so they can’t send us a check until they do. Then they proceed to tell us they already sold that trade in as well. So they can’t send us sell it without a title and make money there but can’t give me my check for it. Absolutely disgusted with everyone at that dealership. If I could leave negative stars on the review I would. I’m still waiting for a check from them.

Everything went better than I expected I was in and out everything was great I would recommend everybody to him and try them out‼️

My sell person Ron was every helpful and determined to get me into another vehicle knowing I had a previous bad experience with a 2026 Chevy trax and now I’m pleased with the new vehicle I got so far

UNETHICAL, ZERO HELP! TWO lemons in a row. 2025 broke down at 10,000 miles. Traded it in for a 2026 and give them $5,000 more bucks. It broke down 4 times in 2 months, 3 of which in a week and a half! Final straw was going 40 miles an hour down the road and it just shut off. Could have been killed! Sold it back to the dealership the next day at a massive loss after they told me they didn't know what was wrong but were going to bring in a "field technician engineer". This tells you all you need to know about this dealership - my lemon that they couldn't figure out what was wrong is back on the market less than 48 hours later. Already had to replace multiple parts of the engine. I feel so sorry for the family or person that gets scammed into buying this lemon that the dealership knows about! Alex was very helpful and patient. He understood our problem and documented it in detail so service could check it out. I do have to say each employee we worked with, including the Service Manager was very pleasant and easy to work with.

Alex Fierro was my service manager and he explained the process to me in the beginning. He also kept me informed every step of the way. He also helped when I went to pay with my GM rewards. Alex is the best!🎉🎉
