Showed up here on a whim. Looking at vehicles for my parents. We found something they liked right away. Great selection. Walked inside and were greeted right away by Jay. Sharp young man with a bright future. He is also bilingual so he was able to communicate with my parents. Had a good back and forth about prices. Settled on a price. Today I experienced the best customer service ever from Robbins Chevrolet. My Chevy needed recall service and I was treated as a long time customer!!! Miss Yolanda greeted me during the cold snap with a warm smile. She lead me to Miss Connie who quickly put me in the system. The service should have taken 3 hours but 1 hour and a half later my truck was done. Manager, Mike Mayeaux shook my hand and bid me a great day. Not only that, another manager poured me a cup of coffee. Not even when I owned my Mercedes did I get this treatment from the dealer. ROBBINS CHEVROLET HAS MADE ME A FAN!

So, my dad’s car decided to take a break on a Sunday night, and he ended up getting towed to Robbins Chevy. The next morning, Alex reached out to us first thing. They were super helpful and offered us a loaner car to get around. The repair went smoothly, and Alex was amazing! He was a huge help and really went above and beyond. I also want to give a shoutout to Mike, who helped with everything too. Alex and Mike were both incredibly helpful.

10/10 Experience!! Other Nissan dealerships in the area gave us the run-around and were shady on their prices. Yuni contacted me from an online search after HOURS at other dealerships, and she heard what we had been through and promised to make things right for us where the others hadn't. Alex heard what we needed, welcomed that we had our own financing and made us an offer that fit perfectly within our peramiters - no hidden fees, no price haggling - all before we walked in the door! It was so worth the hour drive to Humble. When we got there Isreal walked us through the whole process. Best car buying experience ever! 100% Recommend!!!

I had a great experience at this dealership. I found a 2021 Honda Civic Sport at Robbins Chevrolet online through cars.com and their price was very competitive. Since I live 4 hours away, I called to make an appointment to test drive the car, emphasizing that I was driving a long way and to please let me know if the car were to sell before my appointment. Aaron Martinez was assigned as my salesperson and he kept me updated throughout my drive, assuring me that he pulled the keys and it would be waiting for me. Aaron was very easy to work with, and even followed me to Hertz at the airport to drop off my rental car after all the paperwork was done for the Honda. This was an excellent car buying experience- low pressure, fair prices, minimal fees, and great communication. I definitely recommend Aaron and Robbins Chevrolet! (Note, the used car salesmen are located at a smaller building, not the large new car building)
