I had my oil change done at the comfort of my home. Daniel the technician was very friendly and explained everything in detail. I will be definitely be booking again!

I brought my car in for some service early in the week and was assigned to Elizabeth. She was courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and was able to answer the questions I had regarding the service and timing; however, where she really stood out was when I picked up my car and asked her to confirm that the loaner car was confirmed for my husband who was to be dropping his truck off for warranty work on Friday of that week. Knowing we would probably go into the weekend without his truck, I made sure to request that a loaner be available for his appointment. His truck was not assigned to Elizabeth but to one of her coworkers who wasn't currently at the dealership. When she pulled up my husbands appointment she did not see that he had fulfilled the loaner car request so she sent him an email and also left a sticky note on his desk, which I saw her write and walk over to his desk. Come Friday morning, my husband drops off his truck and is met with a blank stare from his service person when he asks about the loaner. The employee stated he wasn't aware that the request had been made. My husband was communicating this with me and I let him know about the steps Elizabeth had taken which he then relayed to his service person. Even though it was not her appointment or issue to deal with, my husband saw Elizabeth and heard her on the phone with the rental car company letting them know what had happened and that a car needed to be made available. We both really appreciated her taking the time and effort to help solve a problem that wasn't hers to handle and I will make sure to ask for Elizabeth for any future appointments I need to make with Robbins Chevy.

He took the time to ask what was going on with our vehicle, listened carefully to our concerns, and made sure all of our questions were answered clearly. Alex kept us updated throughout the entire service process, so we always knew what was happening with our vehicle. His communication and customer service skills are truly outstanding. He made us feel valued and confident that our vehicle was in good hands. Alex went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
