By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. I regret ever going there. I’m not one to usually leave reviews but after this experience I felt I needed to warn others about Robbins chevorlet. I went in there with a trade in and a car in mind that I was wanting to get. I told the sales rep two separate times that I wanted to put no money down and I wanted a check for the equity I had in my trade in. We finally started talking numbers with the financial guy and 4 1/2 hours later I was signing stuff. I had my two young kids with me and it was almost 9:30 pm. I was ready to go and tired. Not paying a whole lot of attention as I’ve discussed what I wanted from the get go and made it clear about everything. A couple days go by and I try calling the finance department and don’t get an answer. I leave voicemail after voicemail and try calling throughout the day. No response. It’s almost impossible reaching anybody there except the front desk lady. Anyway finally get ahold of someone and turns out they used my equity in my trade in as a downpayment. I’m very upset at this point and they tell me they can re-do all the stuff and get my check but it will most likely change my interest rate that I originally agreed upon with the thought of I’m getting my check as well. So now my backs against the wall and I have no choice but to accept the higher interest rate since I’m not putting $9,000 down anymore. I also have to drive well over an hour to go there to sign everything. I’m waiting in the waiting area and I’m supposed to be next to go in and some other family comes in and they tell me “oh this will just take a little bit let me take care of them really quick” so I get skipped in line and had to sit there another 15 minutes. I wish me going in and signing everything was the end of it all but it’s not. I go in and they can’t even pull up my information and he’s locked out of the system at this time now because the people above him are gone and they’re in charge of it. So now I have to come back yet again. Anyways I do everything else went smooth. Finally got my car that I don’t even want at this point. I’m told I’d have my trade in equity check by the middle of July. It’s now August 5th and still no check. We once again tried reaching out to them several days in a row with no response. Finally get ahold of us and they tell us they haven’t gotten the title from my bank for my trade in so they can’t send us a check until they do. Then they proceed to tell us they already sold that trade in as well. So they can’t send us sell it without a title and make money there but can’t give me my check for it. Absolutely disgusted with everyone at that dealership. If I could leave negative stars on the review I would. I’m still waiting for a check from them.

Alex at Robbins Chevrolet was very helpful and professional in getting my Vett back on the road. I had a warranty issue with the convertible top not lifting and closing properly because the cable inside the top connected to the actuator snapped at its end, which causes the left arm that pulls and drops during operation non-operable. After purchasing my truck from Westside my engine light appears a week after I was able to make it to Westside Chevrolet but noticed there was a Chevrolet dealership down the road from me I scheduled an appointment early that next morning after making it to the dealership Robbins Chevrolet a service advisor Derek Reyna took my information he checked everything and calmly explained the details he was friendly caring and to the point about the situation after awhile he returned to me with a smile about my truck like it was his own he mention to me that he had good news that really made my morning he explained that my trouble was light and that my truck was be done and I will get it back today he also explained other maintenance that needs to be done soon and he didn’t pressure me he was a sure that I was comfortable with everything including my decision he made me feel welcome and hopeful that I can trust my truck in his and Chevrolet care he’s a great advisor looking forward to to returning thanks for your service Mr Derek Reyna

Micheal, the technician, was very thorough in explaining what the problem was and what needed to be done in a short video that was sent to me. I would recommend this service department.

New 2026 Corvette Stingray, thru a check engine light. Onstar alerted me so I used the onstar app to set an appointment with Robbins Chevrolet. Met up with Alex at the service drop off and he quickly took care of me. He kept me informed throughout the time they were testing the car since the check engine light cleared before I arrived. Great news that everything checked out and I was on my way. Thank ypu Alex, see ya next time.

I visited bc I needed a part. There was a 15min wait before being able to speak to anyone, but I did get my issue resolved in this visit. Be certain to have the last 8 characters of your VIN#. Having pictures showing them what the issue was helped me.
