Contacted dealer in morning for a afternoon appointment. Called several houyrs before to let them know that I needed to move the appointment back by an hour. Rep, said, ok, no probem. Dove from Sugarland to the Dealer. The rep I spoke with was not there. Another rep said the car was in finance being purchased! Phone call would have been appreciated! Car remained on internet for several days. Come on, is that the best you can do?
