JOIN US AT THE CENTENNIAL YEAR CELEBRATION KICK-OFF!

Just before the 2018-2019 school year begins, all of Humble is invited to join us for the ISD 100th Anniversary Celebration, which we are proud to sponsor. There will be plenty of fun and food for everyone, so be sure to mark your calendars!

For the Humble ISD’s 100th birthday, there will be many events in the community and at schools throughout this upcoming school year. The celebration’s kick-off will take place at the end of August, just before the start of the school year-which we’re sure all the kids are super excited for. This is a free, community event that will have many different food trucks where guests can purchase snacks. And showcasing their talents, each of the Humble high schools and their feeder schools will perform an energetic pep rally. The rally is sure to get everyone in the school spirit as they root for their favorite schools.

Plus, the event will feature interactive exhibits from Harris County Public Health as we go over Humble ISD’s last 100 years of history and what to look for in the future. And after the pep rally, 59 North, a local band made up of HHS alumni will put on a concert with everyone’s favorite Classic Rock and Country songs from the ’70’s to the ’90’s.

Time: 6 PM to 10 PM

Admission: FREE

The exhibits and food trucks will be available throughout the entirety of the event, with the pep rally starting at 7 PM and the 59 North Community Concert beginning right after at 8 PM.
